Balance 🧘‍♀️

So far my favorite beaching and kayaking spot is Shark Creek on Great Harbour Cay.  When tide is low you can paddle out about a mile and a half and you see in the distance huge rocks. On the other side of these rocks are rough seas and on your side is a calm low tide. You can paddle around, snorkel or pick up conchs. This spot is alot like life; no matter what turbulence you are going through or is happening around you, you are in control. You can either put up your barriers and protect yourself or you can be swept away with the rough seas. Stay focused, compartentalize and remember you are in control. Nameste 🧘‍♀️!
